Genertec Online Learning System Set Up and Trial Run Started

The construction of Genertec Online Learning System is one of the key jobs in Genertec’s Training Work Plan of this year. With the support from executives of all levels, and by cooperation between all relevant departments, the construction of this system was recently completed. On August 12, 2005, Genertec Online Learning System Trial Run/Introduction Meeting was held, which indicated the start of trial run period of the system. In the trial run period, all members of Genertec who have access to Genertec’s local area net, can log in this system and try the new way of leaning online.
Xu Mingyang, Vice President of Genertec gave a speech in this meeting. He thanked the relevant departments and personnel for their efforts in establishing the system and congratulated them on their successful work. Xu also briefly analyzed the contributions this online learning system can make to improve employee quality and abilities, therefore forge a more competitive working team, and expressed his expectation on utilizing the system in a more effective way.
