Genertec Held 2005’s Second Management Training Programof for Mid-level Managers

To improve the working efficiency of Genertec’s business and management personnel and strengthen manager teams building, from Sept. 19 to Sept 24, Genertec 2005’s second management training program was held in Genertec Training School. 22 managers from different units of Genertec in Beijing took part in the program.

This program was undertaken by Xuntong Chengxin Management Consulting Co. and famous trainers including Cai Xianghong, Zhou Jian were invited to lead the program. The content of this 5 days program includes recognition of management roles, target management and planning, performance appraisal of line managers, time management, effective communication skills, and leading an effective team. Trainees expressed their general feeling of knowledge acquirement and improvement and thought what they learned from the program would help a lot in their future work.
