Delegation led by Vice General Manager of Genertec Xu Mingyang Visited CMC Bangladesh Representative Office

On Oct 22nd, Xu Mingyang, Vice General Manager of Genertec led a delegation of 14 members and arrived at Dhaka, the Capital of Bangladesh. Representatives of CMC Bangladesh Representative Office came to the airport to meet and welcome the delegation. In the Afternoon of Oct. 23rd, the Office held Special Meeting to report on business development in Bangladesh market and overseas engineering contracting business.

In the meeting, Zhang Xueqiang, Chief Representative of the Office introduced some features of Bangladesh market and the process of CMC’s market development in Bangladesh and relevant achievements. Shan Wei, Vice President of CMC recalled the development history of CMC’s overseas engineering contracting business and its current situation, shared his ideas and thinking on this business, and introduced the development target and direction of the business. 10 years’ Footprints, a short featured video program on the history of CMC coal and power projects in Bangladesh was played during the meeting. 10 years’ hard work on these projects demonstrates CMC’s determination of business transformation and tenacity and team spirit of CMC’s staffs. Xu expressed firm recognition of the business transformation of the relevant coal and power projects in Bangladesh and the work done by the Representative Office.
