Capital Media: Genertec Executives on NPC and CPPCC

Two Genertec Executives, Li Dang, General Manager of Genertec, and Tong Changyin, Senior Consultant of Genertec, as members of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), attended the 4th session of CPPCC in 2006. Their activities were reported in the capital’s media in various forms.

Xinhua News Agency reported on Li’s speech during CNDCA & ACFIC team meeting in the 4th session of the 10th CPPCC; People’s Daily, in form of pictorial news, published Li’s picture of giving a speech on building an economizing society; China Daily published Li’s picture in the meeting, while she was addressing her view that Chinese enterprises should fasten the pace of developing overseas market and implementing a “going-out” strategy. International Business published an interview report headlining “Government and Enterprises Push ‘going-out’ Together” in the 4th page of the newspaper. Li pointed out in the interview that joint efforts between the government and enterprises were imperative to implement “going-out” strategy and enhance the quality of Chinese enterprises’ large project export and overseas engineering contracting. The interview report also gave an introduction on Genertec’s performance in recent years and measures and policies of implementing “going-out” strategy.
