Genertec Acquired and Reorganized China Global Leasing Co., Ltd

Genertec recently completed the acquisition and reorganization of China Global Leasing Co., Ltd. China Global Leasing Co., Ltd is one of the earliest Sino-foreign joint invested leasing companies. After the joint operation period expired and it got into the clearing process, Genertec took the decision to purchase and reorganize the company, basing on the requirement of Genertec’s strategic development.
