Genertec Held 2006＇New Employee Orientation Program

Genertec held 2006＇New Employee Orientation Program recently. 115 new employees from Genertec＇s subsidiaries and business centers took part in this program. This is the fifth time after 2000 that Genertec held such program for new employees from various sources such as new graduates, public recruitments and military personnel transferring.

The program consists of two parts: outbound training and classroom training. The first part was organized during the climbing of Jieshi Mount in Changli County, Hebei Province, aiming to improve team spirit, tolerance and self-challenging. The second part was held in Genertec Training School which lasted for 5 days. Outside training specialists were invited to conduct the first-step professional orientation, which focused on workplace psychology, value concepts, time management, communication skills, business etiquette, team building, etc. Department of Political Work of Genertec also delivered a corporate cultural course of “Pursuing Perfection, Achieving Excellence”.
