Genertec in the 4th China-ASEAN Expo

The 4th China-ASEAN Expo and Investment Summit was held in Nanning, Guangxi, during Oct., 28th to 31st, 2007. With the goal to promote the economic communication and cooperation between China and the 10 member countries of ASEAN, the organizer holds the Expo in Nanning every October, inviting state heads and senior officials of ASEAN member countries. In 2006, Genertec attached greater importance to the event and formally took part in the 3rd China-ASEAN Expo, and had achieved fruitful results. According to the directives from the senior management of Genertec, aiming to promote the overall image of Genertec Group and expanding cooperation with ASEAN countries, the Department of Corporate Development of Genertec took the lead to organize Genertec’s subsidiaries to take part in the Expo this year. CNTIC, CMC, Instrimpex prepared materials such as pictures and nice models for the Exp, making distinct image effect in the show booth and give prominence to the theme of “Ports, Infrastructures and Logistics” of the Expo this year. Hou Xuejun, Executive Vice-General Manager of the Department of Corporate Development of Genertec, led the team of 20 including heads of the relevant companies and departments and attended activities such as the Opening Ceremony, Investment Session, Forum on Ports, and Project Contacts Cocktail. The expected result was realized and CMC signed a cooperation project agreement with its counterpart from Vietnam during the Expo.
