Strategic Cooperation Agreement Signed between Genertec and Qingdao Corporate Development and Investment Co., Ltd

On November 26th, 2007, the signing ceremony was held in Shangri-La Hotel, Qingdao, for the strategic cooperation agreement between China General Technology (Group) Holding, Ltd (Genertec) and Qingdao Corporate Development and Investment Co., Ltd. He Tongxin, Chairman of Genertec, and Li Dang, General Manager of Genertec, attended the signing ceremony. Song Ning, Vice General Manager of Genertec, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of the company. Li Dang, and Wu Jingjian, Deputy Mayor of Qingdao, delivered speeches during the ceremony.

The signing of the agreement indicates the establishment of strategic cooperation partnership between China General Technology (Group) Holding, Ltd (Genertec) and Qingdao Corporate Development and Investment Co., Ltd. The two sides expressed their common objective of realizing mutual benefits and strategic win-win cooperation under the guideline of the 17th CPC Congress.
