Reports on Genertec’s Holding of Qier on the net: People, Xinhua, and SASAC Website

The People net, Xinhua net and the website of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) reported on Genertec’s increasing its share in Qier Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd, as an important step to speed up Genertec’ positioning in equipment manufacturing industry and forging a digital machine tool manufacturing platform.

On July 1st, Genertec and Qier Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd officially signed the Reorganizing and Merging Agreement, Genertec increasing its share in Qier to 58.05% to build Qier into Genertec’s digital machine tools manufacturing platform.
