CMC¡¯s Starting Ceremony for a Nitrogenous Fertilizer Plant in Ca Mau, Vietnam
On July 26th, 2008, the starting ceremony for the nitrogenous fertilizer plant project in Ca Mau, Vietnam, was held on the construction site. Li Guohua, Vice President of China National Machinery Import and Export (Group) Corporation (CMC), attended the ceremony on behalf of the general contractor of the project. Some 600 attendees including Prime Minister of Vietnam Nguyen Tan Dung, Minister of Industry and Trade of Vietnam V Huy Ho¨¤ng, the former General Secretary of Communist Party of Vietnam, the former Minister of National Defense of Vietnam, Governor of Ca Mau, Chairman and President of Vietnam Gas and Oil Group, President Chen Lachun and Vice President Zhao Qi of Wuhuan Engineering Co. Ltd which is the project partner of CMC, was in the ceremony. The ceremony indicated the starting of the construction phase of the project.
