| CMC International Tendering Corporation (CITC) mainly undertakes
the business of purchases by invitation to bid for the projects of
many types including purchases with loans provided by the World Bank,
ADB, and foreign governments and with domestic cash, invitation to
bid for specific products, and government purchases. It is one of
the earliest companies that obtained the qualification for international
bidding business. CITC has accumulated rich experience in loan business and domestic invitation to bid. It has undertaken about 800 projects of IFC loans and foreign government loans with a total value of over USD 24 billion. Its annual trade volume reaches ＵSD 2 billion. The projects it has undertaken are distributed in 30 provinces and municipalities across the country and cover the important fields, such as energy, railway, highway, bridge, airport construction, municipal rail traffic, power, ship, seaport, industry, agriculture, forestry, water conservancy, textile, building materials, medicine, post and communication, environmental protection, and city construction. CITC not only has accumulated rich experience in international bidding business with competent specialized advantages and competitiveness, but also built up a team of over 100 experts who master bidding and purchase for projects with loan. They can provide all-round and whole-process fine services to clients from preparation of bidding documents, hosting evaluation activities, conducting business negotiations to signing and executing contract. The company has always been following the quality guidelines of "customers first, lawful operation, and improvement for perfection" and abiding by the promise of "sincerity, fine quality, high efficiency". It sets 100% customer satisfaction as the quality target, and passed ISO9000 quality certification in 2001. CITC has very strong business competence, and is among the first group of enterprises that are awarded as Qualification Class A for Mechanical and Electrical Products International Bidding by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, as Qualification Class A for Technical Modification Project Equipment Bidding agency by the State Economy and Trade Committee, and as Qualification Class A for Engineering Agency Bidding by the Ministry of Construction, and it is one of the enterprises that are appointed as Government Purchasing Business Agency registered in the Ministry of Finance.
